‘STAR WARS: The Old Republic’ “Update 7.7.1” Brings Andor-themed Items, Quality of Life, More

Today, developer Broadsword and publisher Electronic Arts unveiled details on Update 7.7.1 for their ongoing MMORPG ‘STAR WARS: The Old Republic’. This update will begin Season 9 “Flashpoint Resurgence” and will run for 26 weeks. Andor-themed items (based on the Disney+ series) will join the list of equipment being added to the game. Alongside this, the game will be seeing a modernisation of its character creation and design system, improving lighting and a new Depth of Field update that keeps the focus on the player character alongside face definition and texture improvements. Quality of life adjustments are being made, including those for F2P players. And last but not least, the next story arc “Galactic Threads” is bring targeted for Game Update 7.8 with “Master’s Enigma” to follow in 7.8.1.
