Sycamores Set for Sunday Road Match at Wright State – Indiana State University Athletics

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.- Indiana State heads to Dayton for a matchup at Wright State on Sunday afternoon, entering the contest at 4-1-3 after a composed 2–1 road win at Morehead State. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET.  The Sycamores showed maturity and resilience throughout the match, responding well after conceding early and gradually taking control of tempo as the first half progressed. Morehead State opened the scoring in the 4th minute when Gaia Fubelli converted a penalty to the bottom right, but Indiana State settled in and found its rhythm. The equalizer came in the 27th minute, as Hailey Morgan finished a right-footed shot to the bottom right off a clean assist from Meagyn Riffle . ISU carried that momentum into the second half, and in the 58th minute, Emely Lopez delivered the eventual game-winner with a left-footed strike to the top left.
