In the most recent South Park Season 27 banger, “ Wok Is Dead ,” series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone explored the negative impact that President Donald “Saddam Hussein” Trump’s tariffs have had on American consumers while simultaneously skewering the Labubu craze that has taken over America’s elementary schools and turned young, TikTok-loving girls into devil-worshippers. It’s important to note that Parker and Stone aren’t the first people to joke that the Hong Kong-based gacha toys are occult in nature, but no one has been as explicit or as hilarious in roasting Labubus for being demonic entities as South Park — especially not the Trump administration, which has apparently moved on from hurling insults at South Park in official White House Press Releases to cribbing the show’s jokes a week later.
