Disabling selective suspend, power management and driver updates didn’t help. Windows 10. My USB mouse disconnects/reconnects/stutters when I watch a video (YouTube or Netflix) AND use my bluetooth headset at the same time. The RGB light on the mouse flickers at random intervals every couple of seconds as well, so I can see something is wrong even before the mouse disconnects. It happens since the mouse hangs on a powered USB hub, on any port of the hub. Same with a different non-powered hub. It doesn’t happen when plugged directly into the computer on the same port as the hub. Edited by Nuitari, Today, 03:37 AM.
