The clip goes on to show glimpses of Mooney appearing in the back of a law enforcement vehicle, duo partner Dan Smyers sitting somberly in a church, a ticking clock, a “defendant” nameplate, flashing law enforcement lights and more. The 17-second clip ends by teasing Thursday (April 2) at 11 p.m. CT, Smyers wrote in the comments on Instagram, “WE ARE BACK.” Dan + Shay didn’t share any other details, including a possible song title, as of publication time.
