West Essex Golf Club in Waltham Abbey went up in flames just before 3pm on Monday, with emergency services rushing to the scene. Six fire crews and roughly 60 firefighters reportedly attended the 125-year-old course. They confirmed that no one was injured and all staff were accounted for and taken to a safe place outside the building.
