Westbrook man charged with dissemination of child pornography – windomnews.com

Joshua R. Parenteau, 44, of Westbrook has been charged in Cottonwood County District Court with dissemination of child sexual abuse material. According to the criminal complaint, the Cottonwood County investigator was notified on Sept. 10 by the Bureau for Criminal Apprehension of information provided by Cybertip. A photo uploaded on Oct. 11, 2024 to Snapchat showed sexual material involving a child. The IP address and email address for the Snapchat account were traced back to the defendant.
