Instagram’s long-form video format, IGTV, has been combined with feed videos to create Instagram Video. Here’s what users can expect going forward. Instagram has merged IGTV with feed videos and created ‘Instagram Video’ in the process. IGTV previously allowed users to post a video between one minute and one hour, while videos posted directly to the feed were limited to 60 seconds. Here is everything that’s different under the Instagram Video name, including the new features.  First introduced in 2018, IGTV has its own dedicated app although Instagram has since added an IGTV button to the main Instagram app as well. Back in January of 2020, Instagram pulled the IGTV button from the home screen, with it ending up under the plus button on the user’s profile. While IGTV never really took off the way Instagram expected, other video formats have proven more successful.
