During his address, taking a dig at the ruling party of the state, PM equated the condition of West Bengal with  WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook being down for 50-55 minutes on Friday. “Yesterday WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook were down for 50-55 minutes, everybody got worried.
