The arrest happened on May 28 after an eight-month long sex abuse investigation. Investigators say Christopher Jay Webb used Snapchat to contact the 17-year-old Sweet Home girl. He then sent sexually explicit images and videos of himself to her. He also asked her to send him sexually explicit images of her. ALSO READ: Lawsuit: Unlicensed massage therapist at Lloyd Center parlor sexually assaulted patrons According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Webb used Snapchat to contact other minors, indicating to them that he worked at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility. Webb was taken to jail where he faces one count of luring a minor. The investigation is ongoing and investigators released a photo of Webb because they say they are concerned there may be other victims.
