LinkedIn is preparing to launch a new virtual event platform for both audio and video in order to entice users to spend more time on its professional social network. The company’s new events platform, according to TechCrunch, will let creators and organizations list, host, and market interactive virtual events. With the launch of its Events hub in 2019, LinkedIn started looking into events before the pandemic even started.
