JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Police arrested a Jonesboro woman after she was reportedly seen on Facebook Live waving a gun, a probable cause affidavit said. According to the affidavit, on Feb. 7, 2026, Jonesboro police received a tip about a fight near the 500 block of Melrose Street involving a group of women. Officers were advised that 23-year-old Adriuna Gloria Jean Springer of Jonesboro was seen on Facebook Live with a gun and hid it behind an air-conditioning unit, the affidavit said. Craighead County District Judge David Boling found probable cause Monday to charge Springer with theft by receiving a firearm valued less than $2,500 and tampering with physical evidence, both Class D felonies. (Craighead County Sheriff’s Office) Officers made contact with Springer and several others in her vehicle and noted a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to the affidavit. The officers removed the women from the car and conducted a probable cause search. Police found marijuana residue on the floor of the vehicle and a 9 mm handgun behind a nearby air-conditioning unit.
