Joe Ahlquist / Post Bulletin RED WING, Minn. — A Worthington man was sentenced to 60 days in jail and five years on probation after pleading guilty in a child solicitation case. Tanner Andrew Peine, formerly of Jackson, pleaded guilty to a charge of electronic communication relating to/describing sexual conduct with a child. He received 24 days credit for time already spent behind bars. Peine, 24, was charged after sending explicit photos of himself to a 14-year-old via Snapchat. Peine received a stay of imposition, meaning his charge could be downgraded to a misdemeanor if he completes his sentence and probation without incident. In that time, Peine must complete sex offender programming, may not access the internet without supervision and may not have unsupervised contact with juveniles.
