JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — A Brookville man charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors in connection with alleged incidents involving teen girls at high school football games has waived his preliminary hearing. Court records indicate that the following charges against 20-year-old Damion Rittenhouse were waived for court on July 2 in front of Magisterial District Judge Gregory Bazylak: Corruption of Minors, Misdemeanor 1 (two counts) Indecent Assault, Misdemeanor 2 Disorderly Conduct, Misdemeanor 3 His bail was set at $20,000 unsecured. The case has been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas. Details of the case: The Brookville Borough Police Department filed the charges against Rittenhouse on May 19. The criminal complaint states the events occurred at the Brookville High School football field on August 22, 2025, and September 5, 2025. Two juvenile victims are involved in the case, police said. According to the affidavit of probable cause, a 14-year-old victim told police that Rittenhouse made threats and sexual advances during the August football game.
