The victim’s family made emotional impact statements after the footage was shown during the sentencing hearing for Aiden Fucci — who fatally stabbed 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey 114 times, before posting video from inside a patrol car while in police custody. The sentencing hearing for 16-year-old Aiden Fucci began this week in Florida, a little more than a month after the teen pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder of 13-year-old cheerleader Tristyn Bailey.
