From 64 elite hair looks, one fiery competitor rose from the ashes as winner of American Salon’s annual elimination tournament, BEAUTY BADNESS 2026: The Fiercest Hair on Instagram. Stylist/ educator Morgan Crawford’s look “Burn it All Down” racked up 61% of the championship vote over co-finalist Ruhsora Khamreva of Huntington Valley, PA and her colorful, sculptural hair art “Wild Rose.”  Crawford’s championship gains include an Ultimate Bundle and tools from tournament sponsor Better Beauty Hair Extensions (along with their extensions and other swag prizes as a finalist and semifinalist). She also snags two free passes to the Be+Well | Beauty and Wellness Show (formerly the International Beauty Show), which Crawford calls a full-circle moment.  “My very first trade show was the International Beauty Show in New York,” she reminisces. “I love that show.
