During his court hearing on November 3, prosecutors also noted that his blood-alcohol level was at least two times above the legal limit. Add this to the fact he was driving at 156mph, and it seems prosecutors have a slam dunk case of driving under the influence. Now, we may know how the DUI came about. As we reported, Ruggs was involved in a serious crash on November 2, that injured him and his girlfriend, and killed a 22-year-old woman. The victim, identified as Tina Tintor was burned to death after her car caught fire following the crash. As a result, The Las Vegas Raiders have decided to axe Ruggs, and remove all associated merchandise from the stadium.
