Alyssa Ann Zinger from Tampa, Florida, was arrested by local police on November 24 on two counts of lewd and lascivious battery, and five counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim who was 12 to 15 years old. According to court records she has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a child. She is accused of posing as a homeschooled student. The legal documents says she has waived her right to an arraignment and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. She paid a $7,500 bond on each charge faced and so has been released from jail, reports the Tampa Bay Times.
