Marc Noonan, who was already a previously convicted sex offender, groomed his “young and naïve” victims online via platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat.He then went on to violently rape two of the teenagers and told the third “I don’t care, I’ll do what I want” as she begged him to stop. A judge labelled him “every parent’s worst nightmare” and a “predator lurking online” who would have continued to exploit further victims had he not been caught.A trial at Liverpool Crown Court heard that Noonan had an “overbearing, abusive and violent nature” towards “young, naïve and vulnerable girls”, whom he first contacted via social media before grooming into sexual activity.
