Three ‘Runners named to CSC Academic All-District Team – UTSA Athletics

Women’s Tennis May 14, 2025 SAN ANTONIO — Arina Babenko, Vittoria Baccino and Letizia Corsini have all been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team on Tuesday, May 13.  Thanks to their hard work on the court and in the classroom. Formerly known as CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America), CSC’s 2025 Academic All-District Women’s Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Babenko had an outstanding year on the court as she racked up a 16-1 record in singles play, winning most of her matches on No. 5. Babenko is majoring in Multidisciplinary Studies with an overall GPA of 3.61. Baccino played great in her sophomore campaign as she held a 15-4 record in singles play, winning 13 matches on No. 3. Baccino is majoring in Kinesiology with a 3.55 GPA. Corsini is getting her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, holding an overall GPA of 3.6. Corsini won 11 singles matches this year with an 8-5 record on No. 1. -UTSA-
