The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has issued an alert for the public’s assistance in the chilling case of a sex offender targeting youngsters through Snapchat. Holland Langhorn-Padilla, a 32-year-old male, was arrested on June 11, 2025, following an extensive six-month probe by the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC). The suspect is accused of attempting to sexually exploit a 12-year-old girl by sending her harassing texts, which she got from two friends that he had contacted on Snapchat. According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, Langhorn-Padilla, using the Snapchat handles “noise666” and “n666iser,” tried to lure the underage victim with offerings of vapes and alcohol in exchange for sexual acts. Officials have detailed that Langhorn-Padilla was apprehended in the 6200 block of S. Troy Cir. in Centennial, where he allegedly resisted arrest, adding to the charge of assaulting an investigator. An arrest warrant had been issued before his capture, citing crimes that include Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Internet Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Internet Luring of a Child, and Possession of Sexually Exploitative Material, among others.
