AC Milan will be among the three Serie A clubs that will spend the most on transfers this summer, according to Luca Bianchin. Speaking in a video on La Gazzetta dello Sport, the journalist confirms that Milan plan to invest in the squad despite missing out on at least €70m from not having any Champions League football. The variable in the Rossoneri’s favour is the sales of players that are not deemed part of the plans.
