Shreveport woman arrested for allegedly sharing private, sexual video without permission

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a woman as part of a sex crimes investigation. Police say Mahogany Washington was arrested for an incident that reportedly happened back in May. After an investigation, police determined Washington shared a private, sexual video on Instagram without the victim’s permission. She’s charged with nonconsensual disclosure of private images. CRIME IN THE ARKLATEX Police say not only is this unethical, but it’s a crime. “Such actions can have serious emotional and legal consequences for everyone involved,” the department says.
