YouTube introduces new AI video creation tools powered by Veo – PPC Land

YouTube announced on July 23, 2025, the introduction of three new artificial intelligence-powered tools designed to enhance content creation for Shorts. The announcement, made through the official TeamYouTube account, introduces Photo to Video powered by Veo 2, expanded generative effects, and an AI playground for creators. According to YouTube’s announcement, “Photo to video powered by Veo 2 instantly turns any static photo from your gallery into a dynamic Short.” The feature allows creators to upload static photographs and select text prompts to generate 6-second video clips.
