Ric Flair claims Hulk Hogan didn’t just die from health complications — he says Hogan resorted to street drugs after doctors refused to prescribe him painkillers. Speaking on the Double3 Coverage podcast, Flair dropped a shocking detail while discussing Hogan’s final days. According to him, Hogan was in brutal shape from years of surgeries and relied heavily on pain meds until he couldn’t get them anymore. “I talked to him the day before he died. I shouldn’t say this, but what killed him was street drugs.” Flair then laid out the physical toll Hogan had suffered — ten back surgeries, two knee replacements, two hip replacements, and a neck surgery that led to a serious infection. When his doctors finally said no more to prescriptions, Flair says Hogan looked elsewhere. “When the doctor wouldn’t prescribe anymore — he was in so much pain. Then he had a neck surgery and got infected. So back in the hospital… imagine 10 back surgeries, two knees, two hips, all this. And then when the doctor would not prescribe any more pain medicine — they just couldn’t do it, all due conscience, right? Yeah. So they went and got the drugs off the street.
