Founded in June 2025 by couple Andreas Koh and Adriana Zheng, the local patisserie is known for handcrafted, character-themed macarons, which include those with official Sanrio licensing. The pastry business currently has an outlet at Jewel Changi Airport. In an interview with ST , Zheng revealed that she designed templates from scratch, including making the batter with almond flour, egg whites, and sugar. “We generally focus on our standard collections, but this was a meaningful project for the team, so we wanted to put something special together,” she said.
