Cranley got the Spartans on the scoreboard with a 6-on-5 goal in the first quarter. Darcy Spark scored her first goal of the match with 29 seconds remaining in the second quarter. Spark and Jessica Ross scored the other two Spartan goals in the third quarter, while Taylor Fisher scored the team’s final goal with 2:33 left in the match. Tatianna Raffin and Larke Eslinger split time in goal.
