It’s a jungle out there, folks, and some of the time we baby boomers just want to give up and go back to the “good old days.” This digital age has brought in so many new-fangled ways to do things. Society appears to expect us to accomplish more in a single day with the use of computers than our grandparents could manage in an entire week without them. On top of that, everyone we know — and some we don’t — want our attention, and we just want the information overload to stop! Well, there is a way to take control and regain the happiness you deserve. Society insists that we use social media to communicate across the globe or across the table. Many of my friends have become frustrated with their Facebook account. Just when they feel they have it figured out, Meta goes and changes the layout and rules. And the junk they send! It’s showing up in their feed even though they didn’t ask for it. They just want to see posts from family and friends, and maybe view a few cute animal videos.
