Snapchat video of nude 12-year-old student leads to arrest of Ohio middle school employee

by WKRC Mon, June 1, 2026 at 4:24 PM Tyheed Miller (Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office) WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A former Ohio middle school employee is in jail after he was indicted in a sexual abuse case involving a 12-year-old student, reports WKEF. The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office says that 27-year-old Tyheed Miller was charged with endangering children (sexual matter) and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material after he allegedly shared a nude video of the student, who has autism and Down syndrome, on Snapchat. The incident happened sometime between August 2025 and May 20 this year. Miller was reportedly a behavior technician at Watt Middle School in Washington Township at the time of the incident. Centerville City Schools says he is no longer employed with the school. Miller was indicted Monday and is being held at the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He will return to court on June 4 for his arraignment.
