Closing event of the 15th International Silk Road Music Festival featuring a ‘Turkic World’ concert The 15th International Silk Road Music Festival, held in the city of Ganja, Azerbaijan, from July 1st to July 3rd,2026 ended with a magnificent closing event. Organised in joint cooperation of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Organisation for Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) with the  Association of Composers of Azerbaijan and the Ganja State Philharmonic in memory of Fikret Amirov, the closing ceremony of the 15th International Silk Road Music Festival featured a special concert dedicated to the “Turkic World”. On the final day of the festival, music and dance ensembles from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kyrgyzstan and Gagauzia such as the “Ak-Niyet” Folk Choreography Ensemble, the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Folk Dance Ensemble representing Türkiye, the renowned Gagauz artist Natali Deniz, the “Göygöl” State Song and Dance Ensemble affiliated with the Ganja State Philharmonic in honour of Fikret Emirov, the Estrada Ensemble and the “Hamse” rhythm group all received great acclaim from the audience. “A Significant Contribution to Cultural Integration” Speaking after the closing event, the President of the Association of Composers of Azerbaijan, Prof. Dr. Firengiz
