MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC/Gray News) – A live iguana gave workers a shock at a Memphis FedEx store. Roderick Duncan showed up to the store to pick up the pet when a worker told him to open the package, labeled “live animal,” to see what was inside. After opening the package, the iguana leaped behind the counter, giving the workers a scare. Duncan said the iguana, named Titan, was shipped overnight, so he expected the animal to be stiff, but Titan “came out ready for ALL the smoke.” Eventually, Titan was captured. No injuries to Titan or the employees were reported. Copyright 2026 WMC via Gray Local Media, Inc. All rights reserved.
