The victim claimed to Osage County deputies that Nolan P. Ridenhour had shared multiple pictures and videos of the victim without their consent. They reported that a friend had brought the nonconsensually shared materials to their attention after their husband discovered they had been shared in a group thread on Snapchat. The friend’s husband told officials that the victim was being harassed and slandered by Ridenhour in the group chat. Court documents showed that the private materials were also sent to the victim’s current partner. According to a probable cause statement, a search warrant was obtained for the man’s devices in Maries County, and his phone was taken in as evidence. Data extracted from Ridenhour’s Snapchat account revealed 131 photos of the victim and two videos were sent to others without their consent. The man was charged with First-Degree Harassment and Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images. A warrant was issued for Ridenhour’s arrest with a bond condition of $25,000.
