West Midlands Police said around 240 plants were seized during the raid on the High Street-based premises in Wall Heath on Friday, June 24. A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and released under investigation. Pictures show the set-up was complete with air ducts, specialist lights, and power banks to help the plants grow to full height. The plants have a street value of more than £200k when sold through the black market. Cops say criminals are using more inventive ways to conceal cannabis grows – not just in rooms, but in the back of shops and even underground.
