Former Georgia receiver Demetris Robertson has decided to transfer to Auburn University for his final year of eligibility. #WDE🦅 pic.twitter.com/FaRupWN8CK — Demetris Robertson (@d_rob4) July 8, 2021 Robertson, once a five-star recruit out of Savannah Christian School in Savannah, Ga., transferred to Georgia from the University of California in 2018 after suffering a season-ending knee injury in his sophomore season. In 2017 Robertson was a Freshman All-American for the Golden Bears. With the offseason addition of LSU transfer Arik Gilbert and Dominick Blaylock back off injury, Georgia’s receiver room grew a bit crowded and Robertson’s playing time chances took a hit. Robertson ends his Georgia career with 42 catches for 443 yards and three touchdowns, adding 10 rushes for 161 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
