We gave socials renewed attention because, since the pandemic, they’ve only grown in importance. It seems almost too obvious to mention, but social media continues to dominate marketing activity. In 2022, charities will need to meet supporters on their own turf. And that means prioritising socials, regardless of size and structure. All charities will need to improve their social media etiquette, improve social output, learn when to meme and not to meme, and preferably develop a social media strategy.
