The Ducks also activated fellow forward Max Comtois from the protocol and recalled defenceman Greg Pateryn to the active roster from the taxi squad. Getzlaf, 36, has a team-leading 20 assists to go along with two goals in 29 games this season. The Ducks’ all-time leader in games played (1,130), assists (723) and points (1,004), Getzlaf has spent his entire 17-year career with the franchise. The 19th overall pick of the 2003 NHL Draft, Getzlaf won a Stanley Cup with the Ducks in 2007 and gold medals with Canada at the Winter Olympics in 2010 and 2014.
