Kyler Murray downplays scrubbing Arizona Cardinals photos from his Instagram page – USA Today

Kyler Murray is entering the fourth year of his rookie contract and is eligible for an extension from the Arizona Cardinals.Murray caused a media stir speculating his unhappiness with the team and wanting a lucrative extension in February. He scrubbed his Instagram account of all Cardinals-related photos immediately after the Pro Bowl.His agent, Erik Burkhardt, has been repeatedly vocal on social media questioning the Cardinals’ “commitment” to Murray since the saga began.  But Murray downplayed his scrub move for the second time on Thursday, but for the first time in person. “For a second there, I was trending for I want to say, like, five weeks in a row and every time I get on Twitter I’m like looking, like, ‘What are people talking about my name for?’ and all this stuff,” Murray said while laughing.”Obviously, you got the whole social media stuff and then coming out with whatever it is about the future and stuff like that.
