YouTube will continue to fight misinformation for the foreseeable future, the video platform’s CEO Susan Wojcicki said during an interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland Tuesday. “I think there will always be work that we have to do, because there will always be incentives for people to keep creating misinformation,” Wojcicki said. “There will be different ways for people to try and trick our systems.” “Misinformation is not new to the internet, it has been around for all time, but we see that there is real risk, and we have put in a lot of effort,” she added, noting that “after all the work that we have put in, I think we have come a long way.” A big part of the company’s job is staying ahead of those looking to misinform and trick users and advertisers. To that end, Wojcicki said that the company sprang into action after a Supreme Court draft decision that would overturn Roe v.
