Tulsa man arrested for sending sexual messages to detective posing as 14-year-old girl – KRMG

Kyle Lee Blevins of Tulsa has been arrested for trying to get naked photos from a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat. However, the girl in this case was actually a Detective with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO). However, the girl in this case was actually a detective with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO).Blevins was officially charged with using technology to engage in sexual communication with minor, lewd or indecent proposal to child and soliciting minor for indecent exposure/obscene mail.Using a series of profiles specifically to investigate sex crimes against children, the detective was able to pose online as an underage girl from Tulsa, according to an affidavit.The detective received a message on the app Whisper from Blevins under the username “theking1990″.
