Here are the top three stories today in Catonsville: Over the weekend, a new three-digit suicide prevention hotline went into effect in states across the country, including Maryland. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline phone number was changed to 988 on Saturday, Jul. 16, allowing people to call or text the number if they are experiencing a mental health crisis.
