British Author Reveals Sequel To His Best-Selling Cigar Travelogue FANS of Nick Hammond’s Around The World in 80 Cigars cigar-themed collection of travel stories will be delighted to hear that a sequel is in the offing. Hammond – a regular Cigar Journal contributor and a respected voice in the cigar world – hopes to have the second volume hit the shelves by the end of 2023 and is launching a Crowdfunding campaign to help finance it. That campaign is now live. “It’s not easy being involved in book publishing these days,” he says, “but I’m determined to retain as much control of the book and its rights as possible. The first book has attracted quite a following and so many people have asked when the next one is coming, so, thankfully, Covid lockdowns are over – and I’m on the road once again.” A mixture of stand-alone stories from his travels over the last quarter of a century, the original Around The World book spawned a podcast of the same name which has been listened to in more than 100 countries.
