By India Today Crime Desk: Days after a national-level female baseball player died by suicide in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur, police arrested one of her male friends for allegedly posting her personal video on social media that could have driven her to take the extreme step.According to police, the accused, identified as Abdul Mansoori, posted a video of Sajana Barkhade on Instagram which made her very upset, prompting her to take her own life. The accused has been arrested on the charges of abetment to suicide. Sanjana was found dead on June 5 at her house. Her parents had gone to a relatives’ place in Harrai village when she took the extreme step. Sanjana and Abdul met on social media and had known each other for the past year. Abdul also came to Jabalpur to meet her, police said.Sanjana’s family has alleged that Abdul posed as a Hindu boy, Rajan, to lure her, adding that he blackmailed her to convert her religion.”When we questioned Sanjana’s family and friends, it was revealed that Abdul had posted a video and photo of her on Instagram, after which she stopped talking to him.
