Tubi appointed Anjali Sud as its new Chief Executive Officer. Sud will officially join Fox Corp.’s free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service on Sept. 1, 2023, succeeding founder Farhad Massoudi. Sud will report to Paul Cheesbrough, CEO of Tubi Media Group, which Fox formed this spring to house its digital businesses, including Tubi (acquired in 2020), Credible, Blockchain Creative Labs as well as the digital platforms and teams that support Fox sports, news, and entertainment divisions. In March, Tubi was the most-watched FAST service in the U.S. based on total TV viewing minutes.
