Blake Shelton won’t be on The Voice season 24, but that doesn’t mean his career is slowing down. On the contrary — he just announced major news in regards to his work in country music. In mid-August, news broke that the inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards (hosted by Little Big Town) was set to air from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on September 28. As the nominees for the first annual awards show rolled out, folks learned that the “God’s Country” musician could potentially be the recipient of four awards that night. Among those he got nominated for, he is up for People’s Artist of 2023, Male Artist of 2023, Concert Tour of 2023 and Social Country Star of 2023.
