Cash Wheeler found himself in legal matter that remained undisclosed until Friday. On that day, he voluntarily surrendered for arrest and faced his initial court hearing regarding a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm. It seems that he was able to keep this secret for a while. The situation in question took place on July 27th during road rage incident in which the alleged victim claimed Wheeler brandished a firearm. A warrant for Wheeler’s arrest was issued the following day. He was subsequently released on a $2,500 bond and was required to relinquish all of his firearms to the authorities.
