Teresa said, “I’m just not seeing much, but I guess that Covid has limited the job opportunities.” She hadn’t looked for a new job in over ten years, and some of the sites she used before were not popular anymore for a good reason – things have changed a lot since her last search. Teresa was not looking at the best online job listing sites to uncover good professional-level job openings. We spent the next 15 minutes discussing vital job search strategies and where she should be looking to locate job openings. Whether you are a Millennial, Xer, or a Boomer, you may not be using the most effective job search strategy to uncover opportunities. Most people use online sites to conduct their job searches.
