The Game Is Reportedly Prepping A Diss Track Aimed At Eminem | iHeart

By Tony M. CentenoApril 5, 2022The Game is known for firing shots at whoever he believes deserves them whether its in his music or on social media. Now it seems as though the Compton rapper is setting his eyes on his next victim, which could be Eminem. During a Clubhouse discussion held on Sunday, April 3, The Game's manager Wack 100 claimed that the "Eazy" rapper's next single is expected to feature some shots aimed at Eminem. According to Wack, the song is sure to spark a response from the Detroit MC. “We startin’ a fire, the Black Slim Shady is coming,” Wack said during the conversation. “That n***a better be ready, because this n***a done went crazy.” WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE When asked to elaborate on the subject, Wack suggested that the song may come off as friendly competition. However, the lyrics are apparently bad enough to trigger a response from Em that could be similar to the tracks the Shady Records founder made in retaliation to disses from Machine Gun Kelly and Nick Cannon.  » Read More

Questions linger as the Nats pack their bags following Spring Training – The Washington Post

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The first, shortened chapter of the Washington Nationals season came to a close Tuesday as the team wrapped up spring training in West Palm Beach. After less than a month in Florida because of the lockout, the Nationals started to clear out their clubhouse to head north.“I’m excited about this group,” Nationals Manager Dave Martinez said. “They’re getting along, starting to build that chemistry. Now, it’s honing down on the 28 guys we got for and getting them to D.C. and getting them to rock and roll right away.”At the entrance to the clubhouse Tuesday, pitcher Paolo Espino had two black suitcases marked with Nationals tags right next to his locker. A few seats down, reliever Patrick Murphy also had two suitcases along with a bag full of gloves. First baseman Josh Bell rolled his suitcase into another corner, passing by a Louis Vuitton bag sitting between center fielder Victor Robles and third baseman Carter Kieboom’s lockers. Opening Day starter Patrick Corbin had two of his own sitting at his locker by the pitchers’ section of the clubhouse.  » Read More

After 42 years and a COVID delay, Dodger Stadium readies for All-Star moment

Chub Feeney stood before the team for his annual rah-rah speech in the home clubhouse at Dodger Stadium. It was July 1980. The National League All-Stars were about to defend their eight-game winning streak against their American League counterparts, and Feeney badly wanted to continue the trivial dominance.Feeney was the National League’s president. Winning that game mattered to him and it mattered to players in the room back when the summer showcase was more than just a lighthearted, mic’d-up scrimmage.“The pride took over,” Steve Garvey said.Garvey was the National League’s starting first baseman and one of six Dodgers selected to the team that year. He was selected most valuable player in his first All-Star appearance in 1974. He appeared in 10 games over his career and went undefeated. But nothing compared to suiting up in Los Angeles in 1980.“To win the game in front of our crowd was extra special,” he said. The 1980 All-Star game was the first held at Dodger Stadium and the second the Dodgers hosted since moving to Los Angeles in 1958.  » Read More
