That’s according to the latest Labour Market Pulse report by IDA Ireland in partnership with LinkedIn and Microsoft. The report also found that hiring rates in the final two months of 2021 were on average 22pc higher than the same period in 2019. This surge has continued into 2022 also, with hiring rates this January coming in on average 28pc higher than in January 2019. The latest report covered the three-month period between October and December 2021. It found that remote working options in Ireland have increased since the previous quarterly report, which found that one in seven jobs postings on LinkedIn offered remote working. This represents a 118pc year-on-year increase on the availability of flexible work roles, placing Ireland as one of the highest countries for the availability of remote roles across eight markets monitored by LinkedIn. Approximately 3,000 Iceland products are available for delivery in as little as 20 minutes. “Iceland is committed to delivering a wide range of everyday essentials as well as big brand products at great value,” said Iceland trading director Andrew Staniland. “Finding solutions to make customers’ lives easier is key and this partnership does just that.” Iceland first partnered with Uber Eats in 2020 from its Hackney branch in London.
