The Reds captain found the back of the net in either half of the game, while Vivien Endemann was also on the scoresheet on her competitive debut. Cornelia Kapocs then rounded out the result for Gareth Taylor’s team as she converted a penalty in added time at the end of the contest. Endemann and goalkeeper Khiara Keating were handed their first starts by head coach Taylor, while Sam Kerr returned from long-term injury to also begin the fixture. Liverpool applied early pressure to their hosts at The Valley with a succession of corners and dangerous attacks. And they earned the advantage after just eight minutes as their strong start paid off. A cross from Kapocs on the left byline wasn’t dealt with by goalkeeper Sophie Whitehouse in the six-yard box, allowing Fisk to fire home from in close. The Addicks responded with an opportunity of their own during a set-piece situation from the right side of the Liverpool half.

It is about coming home, sitting together, sharing, and putting smiles on the faces of one another. This year’s celebration also marks the second edition of my Bewhutang outreach program. It follows the first edition I organised during last year’s festival. It is a tradition I am willing to continue because Bam Bewhutang gives us a special opportunity to reconnect with our people, share in their joy and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. On Tuesday, I was happy to welcome about 300 of our mothers, widows, aged women and other vulnerable members of our community to my family compound in Ohong Village, Obudu Local Government Area . We shared laughter and celebrated together. I also supported them with cash and food items. But honestly, what touched me most was seeing the happiness on their faces, listening to their songs and receiving their prayers. Our mothers have done so much for us. Whenever we have the opportunity to show them love and remember them, we should never hesitate to do so. What

The Vandals and Jackrabbits played the full opening 45 minutes before the weather delay. South Dakota State found the lone goal of the half in the 37th minute when Freshman, Stella Braddock, connected on a header off a corner kick from Deizha Lyn Jacinto giving the Jackrabbits a 1-0 advantage. The two teams entered the halftime break before lightning in the area forced the match into a weather delay. With conditions showing no signs of clearing and delays continuing, the decision was made to suspend the match. For a suspended contest to be considered official, at least 70 minutes of play must be completed. With Sunday's match ending after just 45 minutes, the required time threshold was not reached, resulting in the match being ruled a no contest. The match will not be made up, and no win, loss or individual and team statistics from Sunday's action will be recorded for either team. But the state’s other cases against social media platforms are still winding through the courts. Attorney General Tim Griffin and Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders have been pushing for more scrutiny on social media firms through lawsuits and legislation. The Republicans hailed the settlement with the parent company of Facebook and Instagram as a win for that effort. Meta’s $17.1 billion settlement with 51 attorneys general requires the company to enact new safety measures. The agreement requires court approval. Here’s a look at where the state’s other cases involving social media stand: TikTok Griffin in 2023 filed lawsuits against TikTok in Cleburne and Union counties, accusing the social media platform of misleading parents about the availability of mature content. The lawsuits accused TikTok of violating the state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act. TikTok argued that the lawsuit was barred by Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which protects Internet companies from being sued because of users’ posts. But a Cleburne County judge rejected TikTok’s motion to dismiss the case, and a trial is scheduled in March 2027. The Union County

I’d spent more than a year dreaming it up: a site where video would lead the charge, powered by a team of true EV experts, with more women in the mix and fresh voices behind the wheel. Most of all, I wanted it to feel different. This was never meant to be just another car site - it was built to spark change. When we launched, electric cars were still a mystery to many and your questions came thick and fast. What’s a kilowatt-hour? Isn’t AC/DC a bunch of ageing Aussie rockers? Our mission was simple: to make all of our information - on the website and our YouTube channel - informative, friendly and fun. ADVERTISEMENT Six years and an incredible 250,000 YouTube subscribers later, that same spirit still drives us. We’ve filmed videos in studios, storms and snow. We’ve filmed in cars so small that we could barely fit the cameras in. We’ve driven everything from the gloriously silly Citroën Ami, to sensible family runarounds, and insanely fast sports cars that make leave you sweaty palmed and grinning. With over 70 million views and 5.7
