BOISE, Idaho — Fanci Freez is asking for the public's help in identifying two women who allegedly stole the shop's sign two weeks ago. The downtown, State Street location reported the missing, $400 sign to the Boise Police Department (BPD), and then on the restaurant's Facebook page with a photo of the alleged thieves. Fanci Freez staff immediately noticed the sign's disappearance on Saturday, Feb. 19. It was nearly a week after the sign went missing that staff received the Snapchat picture, which prompted them to call BPD, according to Fanci Freez staff. The photo, which was shared anonymously, shows the missing sign next to two unidentified women, with the caption "moms gone wild". Staff say it's been difficult tracking down the source of the photo, as it had already been shared multiple times before a staff member saw it and showed a manager. Ian Pisarchuk, 26, of Bensalem Township, pleaded guilty before President Judge Wallace Bateman Tuesday at the Bucks County Justice Center to 67 counts enticing a minor to produce child pornography, possession of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, sexual extortion, stalking, terroristic threats, harassment, and cyber harassment of a child, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Sentencing for Pisarchuk was deferred for 90 days so he can get evaluated by the Sex Offender Assessment Board. Last June, Pisarchuk was charged with dozens of offensives related to sextortion and possessing sexually explicit materials of both juveniles and adults. At that time, there were six known victims, including a 12 year old. After media coverage of Pisarchuk’s arrest and further investigation by Bensalem Township detectives Aaron Woelkers and Ryan Kolb, nine more victims were identified and additional charges were filed last July. A man who blackmailed underage Snapchat users into sending explicit images of themselves has been jailed. Daniel Norton was sentenced to 13.5 years behind bars Daniel Norton, 31, High Meadow, Cannock Wood, Cannock, exploited the young girls by creating bogus accounts claiming to give away free clothes.He would ask users to confirm their measurements by sending images, which he would use to blackmail his victims into sharing explicit images and videos.Norton was sentenced to 13-and-a-half years behind bars at Stafford Crown Court after pleading guilty to three counts of inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity and one count of engaging a child aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.
